Added to traditional window coverings such as wood blinds, honeycomb and vertical hanging shades
Batteries provide the power to raise, lower and/or tilt the blinds
Batteries are concealed in the headrail of the blind and can't be seen
Batteries last approximately 12-18 months are are easily changed
Shades are controlled by a handheld or wall remote
There are no wires to run but a "plug-in" version is available using a transformer instead of batteries
The remote has two distinct functions:
Installation is the same as with a traditional shade, no wiring to run, no drywall or woodwork to cut
